MEXICO CITY, Mexico – Grupo Aeromexico S A B de C V has announced that its subsidiary, Aerovias de Mexico, S A de C V, has reached a labor agreement with its Flight Attendants Union, Asociacion Sindical de Sobrecargos de Aviacion de Mexico (“ASSA”), that establishes new productivity agreements for new flight attendant hires, thereby ending all legal disputes related to the collective dispute of economic nature filed in April, 2013.

The agreement creates a new foundation for the relationship between Aeromexico and ASSA. The new competitive labor conditions for future flight attendant hires will further strengthen Aeromexico’s near and long-term business plan, which will also translate into important benefits for the Company’s passengers, employees, commercial partners, investors and other stakeholders.
