Iran is to participate in the annual World Travel Market in London in November in a bid to promote the country’s tourism industry.
The event provides a unique opportunity for the global travel trade industry to meet, network, negotiate, conduct business and discuss the latest developments.
Over 48,000 travel industry professionals representing over 200 countries participated in the WTM 2008.
Iran Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization will represent the various sectors of Iran’s tourism industry — business, culture and heritage, medical tourism, pilgrimage and eco-tourism, in this year’s event.
The World Travel Market, which provides a unique opportunity for the global travel trade, is scheduled from November 10 to 13.
