Amadeus IT Holding, S.A., a leading technology partner for the global travel industry, reports year-on-year financial and operating results for the first half of 2014 (six months ended June 30, 2014). Adjusted profit for the period grew 8.9% to โฌ380.6 million. This was backed by an increase in revenue of 8.5%, to โฌ1,730.9 million, and an EBITDA growth of 8.8%, to โฌ702.6 million.

Also a landmark, Southwest Airlinesโ first international flight powered by Amadeus Altรฉa suite marked the successful implementation of Amadeusโ state-of-the-art passenger service system by the carrier.
