Dean Dacko, SVP Marketing, Malaysia Airlines, recently spoke at EyeforTravel’s TDS Europe about how they dealt internally and externally with the disappearance of flight MH370.

Dacko said, “Our manual – 10 days in – became redundant, so we threw out the manual and started writing a new one. Reality is, we still don’t know what the last chapter is going to look like…”
