SANA’A, Yemen – Emirates airline has honored last week at Sheba hotel , 18 travel agents and three top agents: Murjan Travel & Tourism in third place, Falcon Travel & Tourism in second place, and tied for first place, al-Manbar Travel & Tourism from Hudaydah and Universal Travel from Sanaโ€™a, at an award ceremony held at the Sheba. The event was also attended by senior executives from the Yemen Civil Aviation and Meteorological Authority, along with representatives of the media.

The award ceremony began with a speech delivered by Emiratesโ€™ Manager in Yemen Saeed Al Janahi, in which he expressed his appreciation for the role of travel agents in supporting for Emirates airline.

โ€œAlthough Emirates is growing rapidly, we realize that our progress depends on team work, both inside and outside the organization. Many of you here have contributed directly to our growth and I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your assistance and support.โ€

Al Janahi explained that Emirates invest heavily in its products and services to make sure customers get the very best experience on the market and the best value โ€“ both in the air and on the ground.

โ€œInvestment is not the only factor that makes us successful โ€“ we have well trained and experienced employees who constantly exceed customer expectations.โ€

During the ceremony, Emirates gave three tickets to the UAE as random prizes for three agents. Emirates currently flies to 142 destinations in 80 countries.
