ZURICH, Switzerland (August 1, 2008) – Guy Dubois, 49, has been appointed to the position of CEO of gategroup, effective September 1, 2008.

ZURICH, Switzerland (August 1, 2008) – Guy Dubois, 49, has been appointed to the position of CEO of gategroup, effective September 1, 2008. Until now, Dubois has served as president of the global gategroup brand, comprising 11 companies including Gate Gourmet, the world’s largest independent catering and logistics provider. He will succeed David Siegel, who will continue as the chairman of the board in a non-operational capacity. Dubois, a member of the group’s management since 2003, will continue to be based in Zurich in his new function as the CEO of gategroup.

gategroup was established in February 2008 as the umbrella brand for the worldwide airline catering and logistical provider Gate Gourmet along with 10 other brands. These include deSter, Supplair, Harmony, Pourshins, eGate Solutions, Gate Aviation, Gate Safe, potmstudios, Performa and Elan. The portfolio of the group bundles the competences of its partner companies in the three main fields of catering services and passenger care, airport and logistical services, as well as on-board service.
