London and Fort Lauderdale Top Lists of Spring Break Destinations


BOSTON (eTN) – Online student travel leader today released its lists of the top domestic and international Spring Break 2008 destinations for US college students. This year’s lists feature mainstays as well as a few new surprises. College students can take advantage of student-only discounts on, saving an average of 13 percent over airfares available to the general public on other Web sites.

On the domestic front, Renaud Cyr, VP of Airline Product says that Denver’s appearance on the list may signal a shift in students’ Spring Break tastes — away from beach parties in favor of more active, outdoor adventures. “Denver’s a hot spot for Spring Break 2008, but mainstays like Fort Lauderdale and Miami are on the list too,” says Mr. Cyr.
