BEIJING, China – The 2013 China Internet Security Conference (“ISC”) will take place at the National Conference Center in Beijing from September 23 to September 25, 2013. ISC 2013 is sponsored by Qihoo 360, one of China’s leading Internet security companies, and will be supervised by the Internet Society of China and National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China.
ISC is China’s largest forum for information technology and cyber-security professionals. The conference, which attracts the top information security professionals worldwide, will feature keynotes on Internet security, technical forums, business networking opportunities, product and solution demonstrations, attack and defense competitions and a variety of other professional development activities.
The lineup of confirmed speakers for ISC 2013 includes the keynote speaker, Mr. James Andrew Lewis, a senior fellow and director of the Technology and Public Policy Program at Center for Strategic and International Studies; Mr. Peter Firstbrook, a research director at Gartner responsible for the anti-malware, web gateway and anti-spam markets; Mr. Andreas Marx, CEO of AV-Test; and Mr. Hequan Wu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
