EDINBURGH, Scotland โ€“ Hilton Edinburgh Airport has appointed hospitality professional Stuart Cran as its new General Manager. In his new role, Cran will manage the day-to-day activities of the hotel, which will include supervision of Hilton Edinburgh Airportโ€™s hospitality staff across all areas and divisions including food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, and conference and banqueting.

Stuart joins Hilton Edinburgh Airport from Hilton Dundee where he was General Manager for 3 years. He joined Hilton from the Travelodge group where he was District Manager for the north of Scotland and was responsible for 13 hotels. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, he has gained a strong reputation for establishing excellent service standards having worked with some of the countryโ€™s most recognizable brands.
