NUREMBERG/DUBAI – Since the beginning of October, Christian Belzner has been enforcing the ISO-office in Dubai in the role of director Business Development EMEA coming directly from the ISO Head office in Nuremberg. “Arabia is one of the most important markets for solutions that are tailor-made for tour operators and the hotel industry – that is why we will have to concentrate our power locally,” said Belzner.
The ISO office takes care of the regional clients with local support and also represents as a sales office for the booming Arabian market. ISO is, therefore, also able to extend the support range for a number of other clients worldwide. Due to the time difference and the “Arabian working week,” support is also available during the weekends and for earlier times of the day. In combination with the support from their Canadian office, ISO is able to offer “24/7”-support worldwide.
Particularly with the hotel software solutions, MONACO in connection with ISO´s know-how from the tourist sector, ISO sets new benchmarks. The combination of hotel software and tourist functions will affect the future within the hospitality industry. “We are breaking new grounds – a platform individual solution, integrated yield system, and practical-orientated, sales functions,” confirmed Christian Belzner, who has fundamental knowledge with more than 10 years experience within the hotel industry in the areas of sales, revenue management, and reservations.
Additionally, Belzner has ISO´s tour operator solution OCEAN within his sales portfolio. The system is already running at the two most important tour operators of the region – Emirates Holidays and Etihad Holidays – and, therefore, defines the standard on the market of software solutions for Arabian tour operators. The new modular solution PACIFIC and the CRM system EMERALD complete the product portfolio of ISO within the Arabian region.
