S 5.7 strong earthquake in Salt Lake City st 7.05 am local time was the largest quake in Utah since 1992. According to the State’s Dept. of Emergency Management more than 32,000 people are without power.

Reports say some government buildings were evacuated in Salt Lake Cit. The airport is closed for evaluation.

No reports of injury or major damages are known at this time .
