PANAJI, India – Goa tourism minister Matanhy Saldanha died after a massive attack at around 3.30 am on Wednesday.
Matanhy Saldanha, who was also a tourism minister in the Manohar Parrikar-led government after being elected for the first time in 2002, was rushed to a nearby city hospital after he complained of chest pain.
