Hainan Airlines one of “Top 50 Most Valuable Chinese Brands” for 2011

HAIKOU, China – BRANDZ, an organization engaging in the evaluation of global brand equity, announced their list of the “The TOP 50 Most Valuable Chinese Brands” for 2011 on December 13th.

HAIKOU, China – BRANDZ, an organization engaging in the evaluation of global brand equity, announced their list of the “The TOP 50 Most Valuable Chinese Brands” for 2011 on December 13th.

Chinese airlines were evident in the ranking, and for the first time Hainan Airlines received the “New Enterprise” award.

BRANDZ spoke highly of Hainan Airlines, remarking that the airline has developed rapidly in recent years. With its excellent services, not only had Hainan Airlines earned a fine reputation in the domestic Chinese aviation industry, but it also earned recognition internationally.

Hainan Airlines’ brand image has been strengthened in recent years due to its extensive brand strategy and fast expansion into international markets. After becoming one of the few SKYTRAX certified five-star airlines in early 2011, Hainan Airlines earned the award for ‘Best Airline in China’ and ‘Airline Staff Service Excellence China’ by SKYTRAX at the Paris Air Show in June. In the beginning of December, it won another prize, the “2011 Best Airline in China” from the readers of Global Traveler magazine, an upscale travel publication in North America.
