The “Social Suite” or “Room of Dreams” will be the result of a new viral action that the company has launched to spread the hotel’s motto to all its clients and supporters: Anything is Possible.

Over the next few days, Facebook profiles of the company’s seven brands will encourage its followers to share their wishes on www.thesocialsuite.es and the social network. Out of all of the wishes received, seven winners will be chosen (one winner per brand). The winners will be rewarded with a holiday in a hotel for each brand: Gran Meliá, Meliá, ME, Innside, Paradisus, Sol TRYP. The winners will also provide seven wishes to serve as inspiration for the “Room of Dreams.” A professional illustrator will completely transform the walls of a suite in one of the hotels of the Company, which will become a mural of the dreams and desires of all the original participants in this campaign.

The remaining participants will receive a prize of a 20% discount on www.melia.com. If they have more than 500 points on their loyalty card, they will also be awarded with gifts.

Meliá Hotels International, which in the past year has created a specific department to develop and implement its strategy in social networks, has significantly strengthened its presence and activity on sites such as Facebook or YouTube with innovative proposals to enhance the brand’s recognition. The “Room of Dreams” is the first action that cuts across all the brands of the Company since it premiered its new corporate name (changed from Meliá Sol Meliá Hotels International), and is inspired by the motto “Everything is Possible”.
