NEW YORK – Due to the forecasted impact of Hurricane Irene, JetBlue Airways will waive change fees and fare differences to allow customers booked for travel to or from select Florida destinations on Thursday, Aug. 25 or Friday, Aug. 25, 2011, to voluntarily adjust their travel plans.

Customers may rebook for new flights – between the same cities – that depart anytime through Sunday, Aug. 28, 2011. Changes must be made prior to the customer’s originally scheduled departure.

West Palm Beach, FL (PBI)

All customers booked for travel to/from the airports listed above are encouraged to check the status of their flight online at www.jetblue.com prior to leaving for the airport. Customers with web-enabled cell phones and PDAs may check the status of their flight via mobile.jetblue.com.
