Norway`s capital Oslo is again safe for its citizens and tourists, police chief of staff Johan Fredriksen said during a press-conference.

‘Most buildings of the government quarter of the city were searched and no explosives were found”, Mr. Fredriksen said.

The bombing in Oslo and shooting spree on a nearby island of Utoeya killed 76 people.

Breivik is facing terrorism charges but may also be charged with crimes against humanity, which carry a possible prison sentence of 30 years. His arrest was extended for eight more weeks.
