XOJET announces 50 percent year-over-year growth

SAN FRANCISCO, NEW YORK and LOS ANGELES – XOJET Inc., the leader in private aviation, today announced 50% year-over-year growth in its business.

SAN FRANCISCO, NEW YORK and LOS ANGELES – XOJET Inc., the leader in private aviation, today announced 50% year-over-year growth in its business. To meet the ever-increasing demand for its services, XOJET also announced that it is accelerating the expansion of its fleet with the addition of another Challenger 300 aircraft and its first Challenger 605 aircraft. In order to better serve the primary markets that are driving this growth, XOJET will also increase its investment in infrastructure in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

“Each one of our customers is unique and their aviation needs change and evolve. We have created a complete product offering that allows our customers to create a program that fits their needs,” said Blair LaCorte, XOJET’s Chief Executive Officer. “Because we own and operate our own fleet of aircraft, we can offer this flexibility while ensuring that the XOJET experience is superior on every flight. This combination creates the unique value that is driving our growth.”

To address increasing demand, XOJET accelerated the acceptance of another Challenger 300 aircraft and its first XOJET Challenger 605 aircraft, taking delivery of both in mid-December. Additional Challenger 300 and Challenger 605 aircraft will be added to the XOJET fleet in 2011. “We are proud to be collaborating with XOJET,” said Steve Ridolfi, President Bombardier Business Aircraft. “XOJET’s customized Challenger aircraft with the quiet-cabin noise reduction and Wi-Fi wireless communications truly show the Challenger aircraft as the ultimate business jet with uncompromising comfort, performance, reliability, and business capabilities.”

Earlier in 2010, XOJET announced its “Why Fly without Wi-Fi!” initiative becoming the first major business aviation company to have its entire fleet of aircraft wireless enabled. All XOJET aircraft are Wi-Fi enabled and customers now have the ability to use any Wi-Fi enabled device including laptops and smartphones to access the Internet in flight. “Having Wi-Fi on every XOJET flight has clearly been a hit with our customers,” said Chuck Stumpf, Senior Vice-President of National Sales for XOJET. “The fact that our customers can count on Wi-Fi being available on XOJET means they can be as productive as they want to be while travelling.”

While overall year-over-year growth for XOJET has been 50%, year-over-year growth in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco has exceeded 60%. Operations in these important markets will be expanded to further enhance customer service and support increasing demand. XOJET’s New York office will open in Q1 2011 and the company is greatly expanding the teams serving the Los Angeles and San Francisco regions. “Our growth in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco continues to accelerate with all three markets growing over 70% in recent months, and exceeding 80% overall growth in November,” said Brad Stewart, President of Commercial Operations at XOJET. “We will be increasing our investment in these regions and elsewhere to keep up with customer demand and ensure that our customers continue to receive the best-possible service and overall flying experience.”

The passion and commitment of the XOJET community is further evidenced by the enthusiastic response XOJET has received to its Facebook program. Since the launch of the XOJET Facebook program in September, over 2,200 people have become XOJET fans making the company the social media leader in private aviation. The company leverages its Facebook presence to provide customers, partners, employees, and other fans with the most up to date company news, including photos of all the latest XOJET events.
