Great French pianist Michel Dalberto in concert in Seychelles

Piano lovers were treated to a great performance by the Great French Pianist, Michel Dalberto, at the University of Seychelles’ NIE Theater.

Piano lovers were treated to a great performance by the Great French Pianist, Michel Dalberto, at the University of Seychelles’ NIE Theater. In the presence of Minister Vincent Meriton, the French and Russian Ambassadors, Barry Faure, the Secretary of State, and Alain St.Ange, the CEO of the Seychelles Tourism Board and eTurboNews ambassador, Michel Dalberto performed for over one-and-a-half hours to Seychellois piano lovers. From Bach, Chopin, and Schumann, to many more classical tunes pleasing to the ears of music lovers, the Great Master of Piano played live in the Seychelles.

Alain St.Ange, the CEO of the Seychelles Tourism Board, who coordinated the visit of Michel Dalberto to the Seychelles, said that this visit follows that of Russian Yuri Bashmet only months ago in the drive to develop cultural tourism in Seychelles. “We bring to Seychelles the best from the world as we send our very best to perform in other countries,” Alain St.Ange said.

Michel Dalberto who first came to prominence when he won the first Mozart competition in Salzburg is recognized around the world as one of the greatest piano classical performers. His style and passion is so evident as he sits at at a piano. Michel Dalberto was received at State House by President James Michel who is also responsible for the tourism portfolio in the Seychelles.
