Western Cape police refused to divulge any information in the Anni Dewani murder investigation.

They are refusing to confirm or deny whether the murdered touristโ€™s widower, Shrien is in South Africa. There has been ongoing media speculation about Dewaniโ€™s presence in the country to assist police in their investigation.

She was found murdered in Khayelitsha two weeks ago after an apparent hijacking in Gugulethu. Her husband Shrien Dewani returned to UK four days after the incident.

On Saturday the three suspects in the murder case took out part in an ID parade at the Manenberg Police Station.

Police refused to say whether Dewani was one of the two witnesses to point out the murders. They said they will only comment on the investigation again if new information comes to light and they have refuted newspapers claims that the investigators are looking for a fourth suspect.
