The TrueBlue program was completely revamped a year ago based on customer feedback. To date, it boasts more than 8 million members, with enrollment up 50% compared to last year.
Customers can join the “TrueBlue Birthday Sweepstakes” at www.jetblue.com. The Grand Prize is one million TrueBlue points, compliments of the JetBlue Card from American Express. The Second Prize is a four-night JetBlue Getaways package for up to four people at the all-inclusive Almond Beach Club Resort in Barbados. The Third Prize is a two-night JetBlue Getaways package for up to two people at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. TrueBlue partner prizes include a five-night stay at any Waldorf Astoria Hotel worldwide, $250 Hertz gift certificates and $100 FTD gift certificates.
“We are delighted to celebrate TrueBlue’s success, a year after redesigning it from the top down based on their feedback,” said David Canty, director loyalty & partnerships at JetBlue. “We’re excited for continued enhancements coming to the program as we continue to be true to our customers and deliver a program tailored on their needs, with no blackout dates, every seat availability and best of all, our award-winning service.”
TrueBlue’s success, after one year, has been possible thanks to JetBlue’s customers, as the program was redesigned based on their feedback. Now, there are no blackout dates, so customers can redeem their points for any seat on any flight and one-way Award Flights start at only 5,000 points.
