Addressing the participants, who had gathered for the meeting that was held last week at the Tourism Board head office in Bel Ombre, CEO of the Tourism Board and eTurboNews ambassador Alain St.Ange said that this year WTM would be an important one for Seychelles. “The Tourism Board has fully established its representation in the UK, and all that has to be done now is to set working partnerships with its various tour operator partners in motion,” said Mr St.Ange.
A cocktail ceremony has been organized for the first day of WTM, where UK tour operators and press have been invited to meet with participants from Seychelles’ tourism. The Seychelles Tourism Board will be using that opportunity to present UK-based members of the “Friends of Seychelles – Press” with their membership certificates.
