US terror warning to dent UK, European tourism

According to flight comparison website Skyscanner, US government warnings of increased risk of terrorist attacks in Europe will “dent” UK tourism.

The website reported that the number of Americans searching for trips to the UK online plummeted 35% in the last week.

Apparently, other European countries have suffered the same fate, with American searches on Sweden dropping 47%, France – 42% and Germany – 40%.
