PARIS โ Euro Disney SCA extended its partnership deal with France till 2030 and has received permission from the French government to expand operations.
The deal would allow theme-park operator to extend the size of the current site from 1,943 hectares to 2,230 hectares and add a third theme park, a new housing development and a vacation village.
The company says that new projects could generate investment of up to โฌ8 billion ($10.3 billion) by 2030.
Euro Disney also said its new projects would create around 70,000 jobs at its sites.
215 million people have visited Euro Disney sites since 1992.
