New faces assure the future of Diethelm Travel Group

BANGKOK, Thailand – Diethelm Travel Group, with 29 offices in 12 countries throughout Asia, has strengthened its senior management team to reinforce its position as the leading destination management company in the region.

Victoria Sertic has joined the company in the newly-created position of chief sales officer. Nataly Wanhoff and Nicolas Rabier have been appointed as the managing directors of Laos and Myanmar, respectively.

Victoria Sertic has spent over 15 years in the travel industry, with extensive knowledge of Africa, the Indian Ocean, the Middle East, North America, and South East Asia. She worked in the UK for Thomas Cook Group and was most recently a regional director of sales and marketing for Six Senses Resorts and Spas.

Nataly Wanhoff, the new MD of Diethelm Travel Laos, spent 9 years working for Ikarus based in Germany, responsible for creating tailor-made trekking and study itineraries everywhere from Uzbekistan to Japan. After a time with a tour operator as general manager for Cambodia, she became director of sales at Victoria Hotels and Resorts in Vietnam and Cambodia.

Nicolas Rabier has spent 10 years in Asia, starting his experience as sales manager with Nikko Hotel in Yangon. He was resident manager at La Residence d’Angkor in Siem Reap and operations manager with Road To Mandalay for Orient-Express in Yangon.
