Heavenly Spa by Westin is preparing to celebrate its 5^th anniversary with a meaningful initiative known as the Five Elements Wellness Calendar. This is a comprehensive template that organizes activities into five master groups in accordance to the patterns of nature. For example, each of the five groups – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether – relate directly to a different chakra, color and wellness module.

The Five Elements Wellness Calendar will commence on January 1, 2019 with an earth/ detox theme. The second week will be water/balance followed by fire/strength, air/flexibility and finally ether/rejuvenation. Each week will involve a program of daily lifestyle activities such as yoga, meditation, breath work and sound healing. Essentially, the Five Elements reflect a deep understanding of natural law and will help participants embrace the universal order that underlies all things in our world.
