BLESS Collection Hotels is a new luxury hotel brand from Palladium Hotel Group. The first property will open in Madrid on January 15, 2019, followed by Ibiza in summer 2019. Further hotels will be rolled out across the most stylish, cosmopolitan cities and international beachfront destinations.

BLESS Hotel Madrid will be located on Calle de Velázquez in the heart of the city’s fashionable Salamanca district offering 111 rooms, rooftop pool, Clandestine Bar with bowling alley, spa and gym, a gourmet destination restaurant called ETXEKO signed by eight Michelin-star chef Martin Berasategui, three bars and conference spaces for meetingsand events.
BLESS Hotel Ibiza will be located in Cala Nova in one of the most exclusive and picturesque parts of the island, Santa Eulalia del Rio. The hotel will have 151 rooms, spa, signature restaurant by Martin Berasategui, restaurant inspired by Mediterranean flavours, two infinity pools, Sky lounge bar, vermouth bar and meeting rooms.
Both hotels’ signature gastronomic offering, ETXEKO, will be heading up by world famous Basque chef, Martin Berasategui. Holder of eight Michelin stars (more than any other Spanish chef), Berasategui’s eponymous restaurant has been voted “the best restaurant in the world.” Berasategui will also act as BLESS Hotel Madrid’s gastronomic guru overseeing all the hotel’s food and beverage – from breakfast to dinner.
The hotel brand’s Hedonist Luxury offering with be brought to life through a range of unique sensory experiences designed to enlighten the body and spirit. BATHOLOGY is a unique new concept whereby a personal butler will guide the guest through an exclusive bathing experience created to achieve physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Guests will select their daily choice of special soaps and bath salts based on their mood, skin type and requirements. Guests will be able to personalize their moments of rest with BLESSEDBED, providing a menu of pillows and aromas.
