Known for creating one-of-a-kind properties in some of the world’s most desirable destinations, this hotel and resort group announced one of the most anticipated openings in the Caribbean.

Appointed by resort development company Replay Destinations, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will manage Half Moon Bay Antigua, a 132-acre oceanfront resort set to open in 2021.

Rosewood Half Moon Bay will accommodate guests in 47 pavilion-style suites which includes an three-bedroom presidential suite. The hotel’s architecture is guided by an Eastern Caribbean aesthetic and is finely tuned to meet the desires of today’s affluent explorer. The resort will also feature an exclusive residential component comprised of branded oceanfront and ocean view residences, and just 10 estate home parcels. Amenities will include beachfront pools, tennis courts, Sense, A Rosewood Spa, and a biodynamic farm – all on 8,000 feet of oceanfront. Rosewood Half Moon Bay Antigua will feature restaurant and lounge concepts inspired by the flavors, colors, and culture of the West Indies.

Half Moon Bay Antigua is being envisioned and developed by Vancouver-based property development company, Replay Destinations. Replay has appointed global financial advisory firm, Arton Capital as its strategic advisor for Antigua’s Citizenship by Investment Program and exclusive sales agent in the MENA region for their affluent clientele. With Arton’s initiative, and Replay’s proficient team, the vision to develop an authentic and timeless resort for international guests and potential real estate investors has created a globally anticipated opportunity.
