To satisfy the stream of Russian tourists wanting to visit Bulgaria, today in Moscow, the first Bulgarian travel visa center was officially opened.

For Russians looking to escape the stress of Moscow, Bulgaria has become a popular place to spend their holiday. It is a place where they feel welcome. The language is similar, and the culture feels familiar.

The center has 22 counters for reception of documents, with the cost of the tourist visa for Bulgaria set at 35 euro.

Plans are in the works to open more centers soon in other big cities in Russia.
