The 16th international fair MADI Travel Market in Prague is the largest 100 percent B2B professional event in the travel business of central-eastern Europe and one of the most important travel fairs in the region. About 450 exhibitors from 30 countries and more than 5,200 trade visitors participate every year. The event will take place in Fairground PVA, Prague-Letnany.

Apart from a strong participation from the Mediterranean area (especially Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Spain, and Greece) and central Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Austria), the exhibitors from all remaining parts of Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America are also expected. The MADI Fair hosts several thousands trade visitors from more than 50 countries every year.

The fair is reputed for its pragmatic arrangement, business atmosphere without access of general public, precise fair catalogue, and extensive accompanying program. As it is usual at the MADI fairs, the official catalogue will be mailed to all pre-registered companies one week before the fair. It is also possible to download the catalogue from its website This ensures that all the companies can be better prepared for the business opportunities during the fair.

Like every year, a rich accompanying program including about 40 events will be prepared. This extensive program consists of a number of workshops, firm presentations, press conferences, and seminars, as well as cultural and social events for participants (sightseeing tours, EDU-trips, and excursions for the hosted buyers, concerts, etc.).

In cooperation with national tourist boards, many satellite workshops are held during three days of the MADI fair of the specified times in the workshops halls of the PVA venue. This year, Workshop of Czech regions, Slovak Workshop, and Croatian Workshop have been organized. Currently the organizers are preparing and arranging Hungarian and British workshops during the fair, too.

The MADI Hosted Buyer Program is a specially-designed program exclusively for invited representatives of companies from abroad engaged in outgoing to the Czech Republic. This program is held for the eighth time this year. The main objective is to provide a productive atmosphere for business dealings, consultations, and meetings with MADI exhibitors, as well as to demonstrate the vast potential of Prague, the Czech Republic, and central Europe as a tourist destination.

Buy Czech Republic & Buy Central Europe Workshop is an incoming workshop for travel agencies and tour operators with various products and services in incoming tourism in the Czech Republic and central Europe.
