Spring has finally arrived in London and with it comes the capital’s newest luxury hotel, London Syon Park, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel in West London. Today, the hotel was opened by Chris Nassetta, (President and CEO of Hilton Worldwide), Simon Vincent, (Area President, Europe), Andreas Panayiotou, (hotel owner and CEO, The Ability Group) and Patrick Fitzgibbon, (Senior Vice President, Development Europe, Middle East and Africa).
London Syon Park is a smart, stylish new-build property with 137 guest rooms, bringing together a modern luxury hotel experience and the heritage of the Grade I listed Syon House estate, where it is situated. Set in 200 acres of beautiful parkland (owned by the Duchy of Northumberland for the past 400 years and to this day) just seven miles from Hyde Park Corner and seven miles from Heathrow Terminal 5, London Syon Park provides a tranquil country retreat on the outskirts of London town.
London Syon Park, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel will join more than 20 landmark destinations around the globe, each with its own story and identity and each inspired by the level of service that defined the legendary Waldorf-Astoria New York. Further additions will appear in Berlin later this year and Jerusalem in 2012.
