The Furama Resort Danang celebrates the addition of its new Italian Trattoria, Don Ciprianis which opened recently and has happily boasted rave reviews since.
Breaking new territory for the competitive luxury hotel and resort industry in Danang, the Furama Resort opened the doors of its Italian restaurant, Don Ciprianis. Designed in true trattoria style by Aline Ho from Asiatique Design, with a northern Italian food culture and a great selection of wine, it offers patrons a uniquic dining experience “with a twist.” Headed by Italian Head Chef Timo, the restaurant is positioned with uninterrupted views of Danang Beach, while the venue holds strong as the best Italian restaurant in Vietnam, and has been acclaimed by international and local guests alike.
The Don Ciprianis menu is prepared with mostly Italian ingredients, shipped fresh daily, and house-made specialties from centuries-old Northern Italian recipes. Fresh made pasta, breads, and wood-fired pizzas offer resort guests and conference attendees another dimension to their experience at the Furama. Open seven days for lunch and dinner, guests are invited to experience homemade infused olive oils and vinegars, Liquor de Casa’s, house-infused salts, and an extensive collection of wines from the most famous Italian wine regions.
Head Italian Chef Timo said, “I’m more than happy that our Northern Italian menu has been so well received, and our team will continue to produce purely Italian recipes for our guest’s enjoyment whilst visiting the resort.”
