Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority wishing warm welcome to delegations flying in for carnival

The Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) has joined the national bandwagon eager to make the 2011 Seychelles “Carnaval International de Victoria” a success by taking its position as the first contact with all arriving delegations seriously. Gilbert Faure, the CEO of the Authority, last week personally participated at the sponsorship meeting for the carnival and presented a check to the Seychelles Tourism Board.

Gilbert Faure said at that presentation that the SCAA stood behind the work of the Seychelles Tourism Board in its determination to increase visibility of the country. This sponsorship got the Civil Aviation Authority a personalized poster as a proud sponsor of the 20111 Seychelles carnival.

The Civil Aviation Authority has not only placed their personalized poster on display at the airport, but they erected a big welcome banner over the main exit at the Seychelles International Airport making it clear that they were part and parcel of the 2011 Seychelles “Carnaval International de Victoria.”

Alain St.Ange, the CEO of the Seychelles Tourism Board and eTurboNews Ambassador, said that he welcomed the support of Gilbert Faure and of the SCAA. “We all want to make Seychelles more visible in all our markets, and some businesses and organizations depend more than others on the need of this visibility of our islands in all our markets. The SCCA is part and parcel of tourism, our country’s main industry, and their public show of support is encouraging, and it is welcomed,” Alain St.Ange said.
