โ€œPeople from the US and Europe are looking for something exotic, and Armenia represents that. Itโ€™s incredible!โ€ quoted UK freelancer, Nick Easen, during a workshop with Armenian tourism industry representatives.

The journalists, from Italy, Spain, and the UK, were introduced to a combination of Armeniaโ€™s unique hospitality and the outstanding cultural and natural heritage during the intensive tour throughout the country.

โ€œArmenia is one of those places that touches the heart. Iโ€™ve had 3 or 4 โ€˜golden momentsโ€™ during my short stay here,โ€ said UK freelancer, John Bell, during a talk-show program on Armenia TV, where the journalists were invited to share their impressions and make recommendations on improving Armeniaโ€™s image.

The Armenian Tourism Development Agency hosts a number of group and individual familiarization trips each year focusing particularly on their target markets of Italy, France, the UK, Russia, and USA.
