The European Tour Operators Association (ETOA) is pleased to announce that Brussels International Tourism and Congress, the Tourist Office for Flanders, the Belgian Tourist Office Brussels, and Wallonia are all lending their support to the Hoteliers European Marketplace (HEM) to be held on February 14 in Brussels.

This key annual event brings together hotel contractors and hoteliers from across Europe and sees a day’s worth of appointments under one roof following ETOA’s successful workshop format. As well as bringing accommodation providers from across the country to the event, they will lend customary Belgian hospitality and showcase their famous gastronomic delights.

Anousjka Schmidt of Brussels International Tourism and Congress said, “We are delighted to welcome HEM to Brussels. ETOA’s workshops are well-known within the travel industry and the chance for us to show our city and also our country to so many key contractors and hoteliers from across Europe is a great opportunity.”

Tom Jenkins of ETOA said, “Belgium is a destination still being discovered, although the charm of its medieval cities, the rich culture, and outstanding food are an open secret. ETOA looks forward to a hugely productive day and a great event in Brussels.”

HEM registration is open for ETOA and non-ETOA members alike.
