It’s an honor to join the fantastic team at The Milestone, and I am looking forward to being part of a gourmet tradition that comes right from the top. I shall be overseeing an innovative menu of fine British cuisine, including some of the legendary dishes perfected by Mrs. Bea Tollman, the Collection’s President & Founder; and am looking forward to expanding my repertoire to include the timeless tradition of British Afternoon Tea.”
