Amara Bangkok announces the appointment of Nattakit Kallayanamitr as Executive Chef. Chef Nattakit aka ‘Toei’ reports directly to Mr Viranat Silananda, General Manager and oversees the Food & Beverage Department and culinary operations of the hotel.
“Chef ‘Toei’ Nattakit has a successful track record with various well known hospitality brands such as Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, Dheva Mantra Resort and Spa Kanchanaburi and Oriental Residence Bangkok. His strong commitment to culinary excellence and experience proves to be a great asset to Amara Bangkok team,” said Viranat Silananda, General Manager, Amara Bangkok. “We are confident that under his leadership, Amara Bangkok’s culinary will continue to grow and lift the team to greater heights.”
Being one of The Iron Chef Thailand’s judges since 2012, Chef ‘Toei’ Nattakit received a degree from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and he brings 23 years of experience to his new role at Amara Bangkok. In his former role at Amari Vogue Krabi, where he held the position of Director.
Executive Chef he was also a consulting chef, a hygiene manager, a cost controller and a trainer.
