After Hurricane Irma struck in mid-September 2017, Mercure Saint Martin Marina and Spa Hotel in Sandy Ground on the French side of Saint Martin in the Caribbean is back open for business. The area of Sandy Ground lies on the west coast of the island, on the road towards the Lowlands and the Princess Juliana International Airport.
