Major hotel group announces 5 new projects in Indonesia

Additions to Sahid Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio reinforce its presence in Indonesia, a focus of major growth in the hotel industry where it now has more than 20 hotels in Indonesia. Five new projects were announced by the company confirming its commitment to the country where it begins to focus on growth in the leisure segment.

Sahid Hotels & Resorts opened 3 new resorts in Wakatobi, Maumere and Banyuwangi as well as announced 5 other new resorts in Bogor, Bandung, Pangandaran, Lombok and Gili Trawangan which are top tourist destinations in Indonesia.

Wakatobi Patuno Resort Managed by SAHID, CAPA Resort Maumere Managed by SAHID and Sahid Resorts Osing Kemiren Banyuwangi are the three latest additions in Indonesia, the result of concerted efforts to grow the Sahid Hotels & Resorts brand to become a different and more attractive brand with an ability to grow and prosper in new vacation destinations in Indonesia.

Sahid Hotels & Resorts has recently announced the signing of Sahid Resort Gili Trawangan Lombok, a new boutique resort in the northwest tip of Lombok. Set in a sprawling four-hectare plot, it will comprise 50 villas with an array of international restaurants, a swimming pool with a pool bar, glamping area, outdoor facilities and other facilities expected in Sahid Resort Gili Trawangan Lombok. The new resort is expected to have a soft opening in the third quarter of 2018.
