H Hotels and Resorts Management in Seychelles appointed Claudio Capaccioli as CEO


Hotels & Resorts Management has appointed Claudio Capaccioli as its new Chief Executive Officer to oversee the company’s existing portfolio of six properties and its further development into the hospitality industry.

Originally from Italy, Capaccioli has spent the past 11 years with the NH Hotel Group based in Madrid, Spain. He joined the company as director of development and analysis for Italy in 2006 and progressed through the company to the senior VP of development in 2012 where he was responsible for the global development of the company. Throughout his tenure he was directly involved in several mergers & acquisitions transactions as well as in the negotiation of over 200 hotels and in the sale of properties.

Capaccioli commented on his appointment: “It’s a great time to join HHRM and I am really excited to be leading the team in what I define ‘the most exciting journey of our professional careers’. The company has very big ambitions of growth in the next five years. We already have a very strong and diverse portfolio in place, and I am confident that we will continue to grow and develop our presence in the market on a much larger scale.”

H Hotels & Resorts Management, an Abu Dhabi based company has a collection of six hotels and resorts internationally including The H Dubai, The H Resort Seychelles, CentreVille Hotel & Experiences Montenegro and Villa Diyafa in Morocco. Properties in portfolio include the Bulgari London and Le Meridien Fishermans Cove in the Seychelles.

Juergen Thomas Steinmetz has continuously worked in the travel and tourism industry since he was a teenager in Germany (1979), beginning as a travel agent up through today as a publisher of eTurboNews (eTN), one of the world’s most influential and most-read travel and tourism publications.
