• 54% acknowledge that their exercise and wellness routines are usually disrupted by travel

• The data varies based on geography

o 84% of Asia Pacific business travelers are in control of their routines when traveling

o 76% of Americas business travelers are in control of their routines when traveling
o 73% of European business travelers are in control of their routines when traveling

As a way to help offset these trends, many hotels and destinations around the world like Westin and JW Marriott continue to add new “on demand” fitness offerings into their programming.
