Calgary Flames join forces with Uber

All Calgary Flames fans with the Uber app will be able to request rides to and from Flames home games.

The Calgary Flames are proud to announce a brand new partnership with Uber. Uber will become the exclusive rideshare partner at the Scotiabank Saddledome giving all fans a safe and cost effective way of transportation to and from the arena.

“We are very proud and excited to announce this partnership with Uber which will become the exclusive rideshare partner of the Calgary Flames,” said Gordon Norrie, Vice President of Advertising & Marketing. “Providing our fans with a safe and cost friendly way of transportation is something we, at CSEC, are very passionate about to keep all Flames’ fans happy and safe.”

“Uber makes it easier for people around the world to connect to what they care about and now we’re excited to give that connection to Flames fans,” said Ramit Kar, General Manager of Uber Western Canada. “We’re thrilled to be partnering with the Calgary Flames to make game day transportation safe, reliable and affordable.”

Uber will have a permanent pickup and drop-off zone that will be located at the West Entrance of the Scotiabank Saddledome. All fans with the Uber app will be able to request rides to and from Flames home games.
