In response to a press release issued today by China Construction America Inc., ostensibly from its subsidiary CCA Bahamas, Ltd., regarding litigation in New York State Court charging CCA and its affiliates with a broad-reaching scheme of fraud and deceit, BML Properties Ltd., the plaintiff in the litigation, stated: “No matter what public relations press statements CCA issues to try to do damage control of its public image in this matter, the detailed 259-page lawsuit speaks for itself.”

“Leaving CCA’s attempted spin aside, the reality is CCA is a defendant in litigation charging it with massive fraud, admitted sabotage, malicious acts of deceit and interference, and breaches of contract. China Construction America now must answer for these wrongdoings in the courtroom.”
