British Airways has announced that it has welcomed more than 20 million customers through Heathrow’s Terminal 5 during its first year of operations.
BA says it has received the most positive feedback scores ever, and is also achieving its best punctuality and baggage performance in almost a decade.
“Our new London Heathrow home at Terminal 5 is a great success and our customers continue to give us great praise,” said Lin Glass, British Airways gm, Southern Africa, Mauritius and Seychelles.
“Our operations in Terminal 5 and customers’ view of the facilities are giving us a real competitive edge at the moment, which is critical in these very tough times which are hitting the whole aviation industry.”
