World Travel Awards has revealed that Armani Hotel Dubai will host its Middle East Gala Ceremony 2017 on Sunday 29th October, in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

The emirate is the Cinderella story of the travel industry, having exploded from a sleepy fishing village into a futuristic metropolis.

This will be the second time that World Travel Awards has visited Armani Hotel Dubai, following a glittering ceremony back in 2011.

Armani Hotel Dubai โ€“ the debut hotel from fashion designer Giorgio Armani โ€“ occupies 10 of the 160 floors in the iconic Burj Khalifa compromising 78 rooms and 82 suites, which come in 11 different sizes.

Announcing the decision, World Travel Awards Founder and President, Graham Cooke, said: โ€œIt will be an absolute pleasure to return to Armani Hotel Dubai.

I can think of no better partner for our Middle East event than the Armani Hotel Dubai, whose only goal is to ensure guests are spoilt non-stop and leave with a smile.โ€

Enviably located just minutes away from The Dubai Mall, Armani Hotel Dubai boasts award-winning restaurants, an arrow shaped outdoor pool and suntrap terrace, the worldโ€™s first in-hotel Armani spa and a selection of chic shops, including a custom made Armani chocolate store, contemporary art gallery and in-house florist.

โ€œThe prestigious World Travel Awards are a benchmark for excellence in the hospitality business globally, and we are delighted to be hosting leading industry figures at Armani Hotel Dubai for the second year,โ€ said Mark Kirby, General Manager at Armani Hotel Dubai.

Kirby continued: โ€œThe high calibre and prestige associated with the awards bears testament to our commitment in providing the highest standards in both customer service and business excellence across the hospitality sector, as the worldโ€™s first Armani Hotel.โ€

World Travel Awards was established in 1993 to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry.
