Condé Nast Johansens is delighted to announce the inaugural Most Excellent MICE Award 2011, in association with Corinthia Hotels. The award will be presented at the Condé Nast Johansens Annual Awards for Excellence held at The May Fair Hotel in London on November 8, 2010.
This new award will recognize hotels and venues that demonstrate excellence throughout the customer’s event experience, as well as a passion for ensuring that every event achieves the maximum possible success. The award will focus on the standard of hotels and venues and the level of service provided to MICE organizers, with the winner’s methods subsequently promoted as potential industry standards for the MICE business segment. The Condé Nast Johansens Most Excellent MICE Award, in association with Corinthia, will become the recognized industry benchmark.
A category winner will be chosen for each of the following: Dedicated Venues (without accommodation), Venues & Hotels (10-100 capacity), and Venues & Hotels (over 100). The overall award winner will then be announced, chosen from the three category winners.
Charlotte Evans, publishing director for Condé Nast Johansens commented: “Corinthia Hotels are industry leaders for their standards of excellence and renowned for their award-winning MICE brand program, ‘Events AT.’ Their expertise will bring value and credibility to the award. Corinthia Hotels dedicate a considerable amount of time and resource, both human and financial, to developing and improving the standards of the products and services offered to their MICE clients.”

Condé Nast Johansens represents the highest standards for the hotel, meeting venue, and event industry and is recognized as the most prestigious publisher in the travel industry.
