Dresden’s cuisine offers a huge variety and awarded restaurants. For several years, Dresden has been offering the Michelin-starred restaurants Bean&Beluga, Caroussel, and Elements.

Now a new restaurant has opened at Villa Herzog, a beautiful 19th century building next to the forest in Dresden’s historic residential area “Weisser Hirsch,” by the starred cook, Dieter Maiwert.

In the transparent manufactory by Volkswagen, Mario Pattis, who brought the first star to Dresden, has opened his new E-Vitrum. The name is in reference to the production of the new EGolf instead of the Phaeton in Dresden. Visitors can see how the new electric car is produced while enjoying a high-class menu.
