A hotel management graduate from the prestigious Swiss Hotel Management School in Montreux, Switzerland, Khun Noina has over a decade of experience in hospitality, including 10 years in executive positions with a specialization in hotel operations.

Her appointment is something of a homecoming to MANATHAI Hotels & Resorts. Back in 2014, she was handpicked for the role of pre-opening Hotel Manager at MANATHAI Khao Lak, which is now one of the group’s most popular properties.

During her career, Khun Noina has championed several pre-opening and re-branding projects. She was part of the pre-opening team at Arawak Hotel, Laos for 1 year and more recently held the position of Resort Manager at FMT (Furama Hotel Thailand).

Having held a number of leadership roles in the hospitality industry, Khun Noina brings valuable knowledge and experience to her new role at MANATHA Surin Phuket, which underwent a total refurbishment last year.

“I’m excited to join the team at MANATHAI Surin Phuket,” she said. “I look forward to the challenge of streamlining hotel operations and raising the service level with the goal of meeting and exceeding guests’ expectations.”

She added: “The name of our hotel group, MANATHAI, conveys a special sense of Thainess that is not only about design, but also represents our service concept which leverages the natural hospitality and generosity of the Thai people, which we hope to share with our guests.”
