Jens Boyd and Herwig Oberhuber received Minister Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture, at their Frankfurt Offices on Tuesday, August 10, to discuss future cooperation. The meeting was also attended by Bernadette Willemin, the Director for Europe for the Seychelles Tourism Board, and Edith Hunzinger, her Board’s Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This meeting follows previous meetings held in Seychelles when Mr. Boyd and Mr. Oberhuber had flown out to the islands.

Speaking after the meeting, Minister St.Ange of the Seychelles said that Condor remained an important partner for the Seychelles tourism industry, and it was important for Seychelles to be exploring all avenues for further cooperation with this German airline that has been providing direct non-stop flights to the islands for a number of years.

The Seychelles Minister had flown to Frankfurt for a one-day working visit and was already on his way back to Seychelles soon after the meeting with Condor.

Seychelles is a founding member of the International Coalition of Tourism Partners (ICTP) .
