SINGAPORE – Boeing today officially opened its first international Cyber Analytics Center in Singapore, bringing advanced cybersecurity capabilities and services to its partners in the region.

The Boeing Cyber Analytics Center (BCAC) aims to address the growing need for a better and deeper understanding of the cyber threat environment and impacts to government, industry and academia. It will act as a regional resource for information sharing and collaboration, allowing partners across Asia-Pacific to work together to evaluate technologies and techniques that proactively address potential cyber threats.

Information gathered from the BCAC will provide partners across the region with advanced warning of impending cyber attacks and perform trend analysis designed to help mitigate existing threats, but also overcome potential future threats.

The BCAC will employ analysts who are specially trained to use state-of-the-art cyber analytics. Their primary mission is to identify current and emerging cyber threats and issue timely alerts to the BCAC partners.
