Building on the current seasonal and weekend schedule, Porter Airlines is bolstering service between Quebec City and Toronto City Centre Airport (TCCA) with three daily roundtrip flights. The new schedule begins November 26 and comes after a second successful summer season, requests from passengers, and ongoing strong ticket sales in the region.
โAs Porter continues steadily adding new markets, we remain focused on improving service to the destinations we already fly to,โ said Robert Deluce, president and CEO of Porter Airlines. โThe enhanced schedule is more attractive to business travelers and provides more opportunity for passengers across Porterโs network to experience the beauty and rich cultural history of Quebec City.โ
Connecting flights to other Porter destinations, including Thunder Bay, Boston, Chicago, and New York are also available.
โWe are pleased to see Porterโs continuing success in this market and that Porter has decided to increase service based on this,โ said Pascal Bรฉlanger, president and CEO of lโAรฉroport international Jean-Lesage de Quรฉbec. โThe airlineโs presence in Quebec City helps our passengers get where they need to go more efficiently than ever.โ
Located minutes from the downtown core and flying from its own dedicated terminal at TCCA, Porter offers a refined, service-oriented passenger experience. Complimentary on-board service includes wine and beer served in glassware, as well as premium snacks on all flights.
Porter is committed to reintroducing convenience, speed and seamless service to air travel. From Porterโs downtown location to its upscale amenities and refreshing approach to customer service, the airline is changing the way people fly. With leather seating, extended legroom, and a 667 km/h cruising speed, Porterโs Bombardier Q400 fleet sets new standards for comfort, fuel efficiency and low emissions.
